软件工程专业应用型人才培养模式的思考

摘　　要：本文在分析了国内软件人才培养中所存在的问题的基础上，从实际出发提出了软件工程人才培养的指导思想，最后从推进改革软件人才教育理念和模式、合理利用校园资源创建实践教学环境、应用为主设置模块化的专业课程体系三个方面提出对软件工程专业应用型人才培养模式的改革和优化的思考。Based on the analysis of the problems in the internal cultivation of software talents, the guiding ideology for talents cultivation was been presented from reality. From these three aspects： to advance the reformation of education ideas and pattern in software talents cultivation, to establish a practice training environment by used the campus resources rationally and to intercalate a modularize specialty curriculum system based on application, it reflects upon the reformation and its optimizing in the cultivation pattern of applied talents of software engineering major in the end.
