废旧电器回收企业循环经济评价指标体系构建

摘　　要：随着环保理念日渐深入人心,废旧电器的资源特性被更多的人所认可。如何更好地评价废旧电器回收利用企业的业绩,对于废旧电器的回收利用行为有较强的激励作用。通过引入循环经济相关理论,对于两类废旧电器回收再生利用企业通过经济系统评价、技术系统评价和社会系统评价3个方面来构建企业循环经济评价指标体系提出相应建议。As the thought of protecting environment is rooted in the hearts of the people progressively, the resource character of the waste electrical and electronic equipment has obtained the approval of more and more people. It has a stronger incentive for the recycling behavior that how to better evaluate the commitment performances of the recycling waste electrical and electronic equipment enterprises. So based on the theory of recycle economy, the suggests have brought forward to construct the recycle economy evaluation index system from the three sides, which are evaluations about the economic system, technology system and society system, for the two kinds of recycling waste electrical and electronic equipment enterprises.
