摘 要:实验装置在CASS工艺基础上加以改进,并对啤酒废水处理的特性和最佳运行参数进行研究。测试结果表明,改进型CASS工艺处理啤酒废水,CODCr去除率达到98%,MLSS为3000mg/L时,排水比λ=1/2,出口CODCr为20-30mg/L;λ=1/2,周期为1h的极限容量处理工况下CODCr去除率达到96%;短时曝气时间为2h,出口CODCr为39.98mg/L,CODCr去除率为95.84%。改进型CASS工艺的处理效果、适应性和经济优势非常明显。The experimental equipment has been modified on the basis of cyclic activated sludge system(CASS). Some researches have been done to validate the modified CASS's characteristics and the best running parameters for treating the brewage wastewater. The results show that its CODCr removal efficiency could reach 98%. When MISS is 3 000 mg/L, the drainage proportion λ=1/2, output CODCr is between 20 and 30 mg/L. When A is 1/2, the running cycle of utmost running treatment condition is 1 h, its average removal efficiency reaches 96%. When the aeration time is 2 h, its output average CODCr is 39.98 mg/L, and average removal efficiency is 95.84%. It is found that the treatment efficiency, adjustability and economic superiority of the modified CASS process are very obvious.
