摘　　要：本文以平衡计分卡理论为基础,结合我国煤炭企业实际,运用AHP层次分析法提出基于平衡计分卡思想的绩效评价体系,并以山东新矿集团公司的实际数据为资料进行初步的应用研究。Based on the balance score card theory and the actual conditions of the coal enterprises in China, this article uses AHP to form a set of performance evaluation system and makes a preliminary and fundamental research from the actual data of Shandong Xinkuang Group.
