摘　　要：在终身教育思想的影响下,成人学习受到社会的广泛关注。成人学生不同于普通教育的学生,每个人存在着多方面的差异,不同的人具有不同的特点,同时成人学习也受自身诸多因素的影响。在教学中必须找到适合成人学习的方法,搞好成人课堂教学观念、模式、方法的"三更新"。Under the influence of life - long education, adult learning received the wide - ranging attention from the society. Unlike the general education students, every adult student has multi - aspect differences. Different person has different characteristics. At the same time adult learning is also influenced by many factors from himself. The methods which are suitable for the adlut learning must be found in teaching. Do a good job in three updatings of concepts, models, methods in teaching adult.
