摘　　要：中医纠正亚健康状态,养颜美容有着悠久的历史和多样的手法,内服药物美容是其中最重要的方法之一,内服药物通过对全身的调理来达到局部治疗或补益身体的目的,以全身心的健康来保证局部的美,具体地说有健脾益气、滋补肝肾、补益气血、疏肝理气和血、温补肾阳、除湿化痰、清脾泄热六法,并论述了其病因病机,介绍了常用方剂和药物。There are various ways to correct sub -health state and preserve and beautify the looks in TCM, and it has a long history. Oral taking medicine is one of the most important ways. Oral taking medicine achieve the aim of treating local disease or nourishing the body through regulating the whole body. It preserves the local beauty by promoting the whole health. Specifically, there are six ways： strengthening spleen and replenishing qi, nourishing liver and kidney, invigorating qi and blood, soothing liver, regulating qi and harmonizing blood, wanning kidney yang, removing dampness and eliminating phlegm, and clearing away spleen and purging heat. We discussed the etiology and pathogenesis, and introduced commonly used prescriptions and medications.
