伊班膦酸钠联合化疗治疗转移性骨肿瘤45例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨伊班膦酸钠(艾本)联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的临床疗效。方法45例恶性肿瘤骨转移,均用伊班膦酸钠联合化疗。结果患者疼痛总缓解率为84%,骨病灶控制总有效率为29%,无明显毒副反应。结论伊班膦酸钠联合化疗是目前治疗晚期恶性肿瘤骨转移的优选方案。Objective To evaluate therapeutic effect of sodium ibandronate with chemotherapy in patients with cancer and bone metastases. Methods All the 45 patients with cancer and bone metastases were received sodium ibandronate combined with chemotherapy. Results The response rate of bone pain relief was 84%. The response rate of bone metastases was 29%. No serious side effect was found in this group. Conclusion Sodium ibandronate combined with chemotherapy is a better method to treat the patients with cancer and bone metastases.
