摘 要:侧弯现象主要是由于轧件两侧的延伸率不等造成的。以上述思想为基础,分析了可能导致轧件两侧延伸率不等的各种不对称轧制条件,如坯料楔形、轧件两侧温度偏差、轧件两侧的刚度偏差、推床不对中及轧辊有载辊型等。最后建立了用于消除侧弯的辊缝调节模型,为将侧弯的消除纳入过程控制系统提供理论依据。实验表明,该辊缝调节模型不但可以预防侧弯的发生,而且有利于减轻钢板的隐性板形不良,提高钢板性能。Reason that induces the camber is the difference of elongation percentage of sides of plate, on the basis of that, various dissymmetrical rolling conditions were analyzed, which maybe induce the difference of elongation percentage, for example, slab wedge, temperature difference of sides of plate, mill rigidity difference, misalignment of side guide and roll profile, and a model of adjusting gap for eliminating camber was built which can afford theoretical basis for introducing eliminating camber into system of process control. Experiment proves that the model can not only prevent the camber, but also can alleviate the recessive badness of plate shape, and can improve the quality of the plate.
