摘 要:采用Gleeble-1 5 0 0热力模拟机测定了变形速率为1 s-1、1 0 s-1和2 0 s-1,变形程度75%,变形温度为1 200℃、1 100℃、1 000℃、900℃及800℃时硅锰系TRIP钢的应力-应变曲线。应用SPASS软件对TRIP钢变形抗力实验结果进行拟合,并模拟了变形条件对变形抗力的影响,得到数学模型公式。计算平均绝对误差均小于5 MPa,平均相对误差小于5%,最大绝对误差小于10 MPa,最大相对误差小于15%,误差均较小,计算结果属于允许范围。结果证明:真应变大于0.4应力基本稳定;变形温度低于1 100℃时,加工硬化比较明显,表明温度越低,加工硬化率越高。The deformation resistance of silicon-manganese TRIP steel at different deformation temperature and strain rate is discussed. The stress-strain curve at deformation rate of 1 s^-1 , 10 s^-1 , 20 s^-1 , 75% deformation ratio and deformation temperature of 1 200 ℃, 1 100 ℃, 1 000 ℃, 900 ℃ and 800 ℃ is determined by Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical simulator. The deformation resistance results of TRIP steel are fitted by using software SPASS and the influence deformation condition on the deformation resistance is simulated, then the mathematical model formula is obtained. The average absolute error is less than 5 MPa, the average relative errors are less than 5 percent, the largest absolute error is less than 10 MPa, and the maximum relative error is less than 15%. These results show that the error is relatively small. The calculated results are in the permissible range. The experimental results show that the true stress is stable after 0.4 true strain. Below 1 100 ℃, work hardening is more obvious. The result shows that the temperature is lower, and work-hardening rate (n value) is higher.
