摘 要:采用线性弹簧碰撞单元,用ANSYS有限元软件建立了超高车辆-桥梁的碰撞模型,对LRB隔震桥梁受到超高车辆正向撞击时的整体响应进行了非线性时程分析。结果表明,车桥碰撞时能产生较大撞击力;铅芯橡胶支座在超高车辆撞击桥梁时能消耗撞击能量,可有效地减小碰撞力向桥墩传播,起到"隔震"作用;影响撞击响应的主要因素是碰撞刚度、超高车辆的质量和速度。最后,为了便于工程设计提出了超高车辆-桥梁碰撞力的计算公式。Collisions between super high vehicles and city viaducts happen frequently. The responses of lead rubber bearings (LRB) isolated bridges impacted by over-height tracks are worth further research. Based on linear spring pounding elements, a finite element model with lead rubber bearings and over-height trucks were created. Nonlinear dynamic analysis was used to investigate the behavior of the vehicle - bridge collision. The results show that the lead rubber bearings have the effect of vibration isolation, which can dissipate pounding energy and reduce the impact force transmitted to piers, then protect the bridge from damaged. It also has been determined that the primary factors affecting the pounding response are impact stiffness, the mass and speed of vehicle. At last, formula for calculating the impact force of collisions between over-height trucks and bridges were proposed.
