摘　　要：目的正交优选长青胶囊提取工艺。方法以组方中有效成分阿魏酸和黄芪甲苷为定量分析指标,采用L9(34)正交试验表确定最佳醇提工艺。结果最佳提取工艺是以80%乙醇为提取溶剂,加液总量为18倍量,回流提取2次,每次提取1.5h。结论该工艺稳定可行,适于生产。Objective To optimize the extraction procedure for Changqing Capsules by orthogonal design. Methods The contents of ferulic acid and astragaloside IV were used as the indexes for the quantitative analysis, the technology, was optimized by the orthogonal text with the orthogonal table L9（3^4）. Results The optimum process was that,80% alcohol was used as the extracting solution, adding 18 times amount of solution, extracting twice, 1.5 h each time. Conclusion The extraction process is stable and suitable for industrial production.
