摘 要:对动铁式直线振动电机进行研究,采用有限元仿真和实验测试相结合的方法,对直线电机的电磁力-位移特性进行分析研究。实验结果表明仿真的正确性。创新点在于该电机为非线性电磁出力特性,特别适于压缩机等非线性负载应用场合,且无永磁电机失磁弱点。电磁分析为动态电磁力特性研究和结构优化设计提供了基础。This paper focuses on a novel moving core linear vibration motor,with the method of comparing simulation and experiment,the electromagnetic force and displacement characteristic of linear motor is analyzed. It is shown in this paper that the validity of simulation is verified by the comparison of simulation and experiment results. The originality innovation is that the electromagnetic force characteristic of this linear motor is nonlinear, and it is very useful for compressor. This motor has no demagnetization defect of permanent magnet linear motor. The conclusion in this paper gives a good basis for dynamic electromagnetic force next analysis simulation and optimization design.
