摘　　要：通过对106例中央型骨肉瘤的肿瘤性骨组织和类骨组织的组织学观察，重点报告了其组织病理学特征和鉴别要点。The article reports the histopathologic study results about tumor bone and tumor osteoid tissue in 106 cases of central osteosarcoma, especially about the histologic feature and its significance in the pathological diagno-sis of osteosarcoma. The results show that the quantity and quality of the tumor bone tissue are related to the his-tological subtype, not related to the tissue gradation and have no marked significance in the analysis of prognosis.
