乳房区262例少见肿瘤的临床病理分析

摘　　要：本文报告乳房区少见肿瘤262例，占同期乳房区肿瘤3692例的7.1％。其中男性26例，女性236例。乳腺固有组织肿瘤22例，乳头和乳晕部肿瘤34例，乳房部非上皮源性肿瘤177例，乳房部皮肤及附属器肿瘤19例，其他10例。对于有些肿瘤的鉴别诊断进行了讨论。262 cases, 26 males and 236 females,with minority tumors of the mamma were reported. They accountfor 7. 10% (262/3692)of mammary tumors in the same period. They were classified into 6 types:intrinsic tissue tumors of mamrnary gland in 22 cases,tumors of nipple and areola in 34 cases,nonepithelial tumors of mamrnary in177 cases,tumors of skin and appendages of skin in 19 cases,hamartomas in 8 cases and metastatic tumors in 2 cases. The differential diagnoses of some tumors were discussed.
