摘  要:目的探讨奥扎格雷钠对应激后血液应激综合征的影响及其临床意义。方法采用大鼠束缚加足底脉冲电刺激制备应激模型,检测大鼠应激后血小板聚集性和血浆TXB2和6-K-PGF1a的变化,并观察奥扎格雷钠对其变化的影响。结果应激使大鼠血小板聚集性明显增强,大鼠应激后血浆TXB2和6-K-PGFla浓度均升高,但前者增加更明显,从而使T/K比值升高,导致其平衡失调;而奥扎格雷钠对大鼠应激后血小板聚集性有明显的抑制作用,有降低血浆TXB2和升高6-K-PGFla的作用,从而使T/K比值降低(P<0.01)。结论奥扎格雷钠对应激导致的心脑血管疾病有积极的防治作用,对应激性高粘血症有明显的抑制作用。Objective To explore the iufluenee of ozagrel on blood stress syndrome in stress-induced rats. Methods Restraint stress model was established by electric-foot companied restrain of wistar rats. Platelet aggregation, plasma thromboxane B2 and 6-k-PGF1a were detected after restraint stress. Results Platelet aggregation and concentrations of thromboxane B2 and 6-k-PGF1a , were all obviously increased in stress group, concentrations of more thromboxane B2 than 6-k-PGF1a , led to the ratio of T/K increased; But platelet aggregation was significantly restrained, plasma thromboxane B2 lessened and plasma 6-k-PGF1a increased by ozagrel, so that ratio of T/K was reduced (P〈0.01). Conclusion It is suggested that the pathophysiological changes abovementioned might be one of important mediate mechanisms in cardi-cerebrovascular diseases induced by stress, Which could be prevented by ozagrel.
