摘　　要：新时期高校学生党员发展工作面临着新的形势和新的挑战,如何在学生党员发展工作中实行创新是高校当前的一项重要任务。建立健全党员责任岗制度,建立党员的继续教育机制,建立入党积极分子的答辩机制,优化学生党建工作的运行机制,开发党建工作的网络资源,是开创高校学生党员发展工作新局面的重要环节。The Party work in universities is very important to scientific development of Chinese higher education. At present, new situation and new challenges exist in recruiting the new Party members among university students. How to be innovative in this work becomes an important task for universities. To cope with the new situation, this paper propose five suggestions： first, establishing and improving the responsibility system; second, setring up continuing education system for the Party members; third, setting up the party activists answering mechanism; fourth, building up an effective student Party work organization; fifth, developing web resources on the Party development.
