摘  要:研究了品种、培养基、激素和碳源等不同因素对黑麦草愈伤组织诱导效果的影响。实验表明:品种“沃土”的愈伤组织诱导率与其余4个供试品种的差异极显著;B5的愈伤组织诱导率与其余4个供试培养基的差异极显著;激素中2,4-D、NAA、IBA三者比较,以2,4-D效果最好,NAA次之,IBA最差;碳源对愈伤组织诱导影响不明显,以2%蔗糖组的效果略好,诱导率为58.5%。This article studied different influencing factors of ryegrass callus induction. The consult displayed: The affection of variety to callus induction was important. The inducing rate between variety Barwoltra and the other four varieties was shown significantly difference, but the other four varieties was not shown, the affection of medium is very prominent too. The inducing rate between medium B5 and the other four mediums was shown significantly difference, but the other four mediums was not shown. Along with the difference of the kinds of the hormones, the effect of induction differ with each other, comparing the single inducing rate of callus to the several hormones, 2, 4 -D was best, NAA took second place and IBA was tertiary. The affection of callus induction of carbon was not prominent. When the concentration of cane sugar was 2%, its rate of callus induction was better, that is 58.5%.
