加强高校学生党员先进性建设的若干思考

摘　　要：高校学生党员的先进性建设,是高校党建工作的一项长期历史任务。加强高校学生党员先进性建设,要符合高校素质教育和党的先进性建设两个基本规律,要在相应的组织体系、考核评议、资源条件保障下,积极构建一个党员发展、党员学习、党员民主参与和党风廉政建设相结合,自律与他律、自觉与强制相统一的长效机制链。Maintaining progressiveness of CPC members among college students is a long-term, historical mission of the Party at colleges and universities. It calls for consideration of and respect for the basic laws of exercising all-round education in higher-learning institutions as well as of maintaining the progressiveness of the Party. In addition, a long-functioning mechanism is in need, which, supported by organizational systems, assessments and other resources and conditions, rules the enrolhnent of new members, the study among the members, the participation in the efforts for better Party conducts and an honest and clean government, the self-discipline and supervision by＇other people, and the self-conscious and mandatory, behaviors.
