摘　　要：随着社会的快速转型与变化,高校突发危机事件时有发生,并呈上升趋势,人们已逐渐认识到学校危机管理预防预控的重要性和必要性。文章在阐述高校危机预案类型及制定原则的基础上,对高校危机预控管理机制的构建问题作了分析探讨。With the fast transformation and change of the society in recent years, unexpected events have been increasingly taking place at colleges and universities, warning people of the importance and necessity of crisis management therein. This paper, building on an analysis of types of crisis precautions and their respective principles, addresses how crisis-management mechanisms can be constructed at colleges and universities.
