摘  要:为了从金线莲中提取总黄酮,采用正交试验法研究金线莲总黄酮的提取工艺,考察了乙醇溶液的浓度,浸提温度,浸提时间,浸提次数,液料比5个因素对金线莲总黄酮提取率的影响。确立了金线莲总黄酮最佳提取条件为:用60%的乙醇溶液作溶剂,液料比20:1,浸提温度为80℃,回流提取3次,提取时间为每次40分钟。In order to extract the total flavonoids from the the stalk and leaves of Anoectochilus roxburghii (wall.) Lindl, extraction technology of total flavonoids was studied by orthogonal experiment. Effects of concentration of ethanol, extraction temperature, extraction times, extraction times and ratio of liquid to material on flavonoids: contents were investigated. Optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows: 60% ethanol as the solvent, ratio of liquid to material 20:1, two times of reflux extraction at 80℃,each for 40 minutes.
