摘 要:目的:研究碳纳米管的加入对义齿基托机械性能的影响。方法:在37g义齿基托树脂中分别加入经硝酸纯化的0.1、1、2mg多壁碳纳米管,以未加入碳纳米管树脂为对照组,通过M350-20KN型万能材料实验机测试其拉伸强度等机械性能,并用扫描电镜观察其断面形貌。结果:加入1mg碳纳米管的基托树脂拉伸强度、延伸率高于对照组,弹性模量较纯树脂体降低;拉伸强度在加入量为1mg时达最大值,较纯树脂体提高了9.4%,碳纳米管含量继续增加时导致基托树脂机械性能的下降。电镜结果显示碳纳米管在基质中分布均匀。结论:碳纳米管能提高义齿基托的机械性能,加强义齿固位,延长义齿使用寿命。Objective:To study mechanical properties of carbon nanotube(CNT)-reinforced denture base.Methods:The multi-walled CNTs of 0.1 mg,1 mg and 2 mg were added in 37 g denture base resin.The denture base with no CNTs treatment served as the control.The mechanical properties of CNT-reinforced denture base were tested by M350 -20KN Universal test machine.The microstructures were investigated with a scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results:The results indicated that the denture base with CNTs had higher tensile strength and elongation,and lower modulus of elasticity than those of control group.With 1 mg of CNTs,the denture base had the best mechanical properties,and the tensile strength increased by 9.4% .The mechanical properties decreased with CNTs increased.The results of SEM showed that CNTs distributed evenly in the matrix.Conclusion:The CNTs enhanced mechanical properties of denture base,strengthen denture retention,and extend the life of the denture.
