摘 要:对癫痫患者以2s为单元作离线CSA分析。结果发现:CSA可显示出清醒与浅睡期散在频发中高幅放电与1s以上的阵发放电,但不能显示出散在少量与低幅放电;不同放电类型,CSA有不同的特征。表明CSA可有效地用于呈频繁放电的癫痫状态的监护,并可判断癫痫发作类型。In order to explore the characteristics of epileptiform discharges (EDs) on CSA and evaluated the values of CSA in monitoring epilepsy, two -second-epoch off-line CSAs of 50 cases with obvious EDs in EEGs were studied. The results showed that the frequently medium to high voltage EDs and all epileptiform bursts over one second duration between a wake and Non-REM stages can be clearly displayed on CSA, but randomly rare and low voltage EDs can not be detected by CSA. In addition, different patterns of EDs had their own CSA features. These suggested that CSA might be efficient for its application to status epilepticus monitoring and used as judging seizure type.
