摘 要:目的寻找对急性贫铀中毒促排效果较好的含邻苯二酚基团的黄酮类化合物。方法给予Wistar大鼠贫铀20mg/kg,立即给予黄酮类化合物10mg/kg,连续3d,并设邻苯二酚类化合物8102及DMSO做为对照。3d后做肾功能检测和肾脏、肝脏、骨髓、脾脏等病理观察。结果8102和F1组血清肌酐和尿素氮含量显著下降,F2、T1和T2组的肌酐浓度也显著降低。病理观察显示,T2组肾脏、肝脏几乎无明显损伤;8102和T1次之;F1和QU组肾损伤较重;DMSO组的损伤最重,但较贫铀组轻。结论T2对贫铀敏感器官的保护最好;F1可改善肾功能。这两种化合物均具有做为贫铀促排剂的潜能。Objective To investigate the most effective flavonoids with catechol group for decorporating acute depleted uranium poisoning. Methods The effects on uranium decorporation of flavonoids with catechol group, chelating agent of catechols amino carboxylic acid type (8102), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), which were all intraperitoneally injected for 3 d, were observed after depleted uranium (DU) exposure. Three days later, renal function examination and pathological observation of sensitive organs such as kidney, liver, spleen and bone marrow were carried out. Results Large reduction in urea nitrogen and serum creatinine was ohserved in 8102 and F1 groups, and serum creatinine decreased in F2, T1 and T2 groups. Pathological results showed that kidney, liver, spleen and bone marrow in T2 group had no obvious injury. Our experiment results suggested the most effective compound was T2, next 8102 and T1, then F1 and QU. Conclusion T2 compound well protects the organs sensitive to acute depleted uranium poisoning. FI can improve renal functions. Therefore, they may be used as potential decorporation agents for uranium poisoning.
