摘  要:在有效独立法(effective independence method,EFI)和运动能量法(kinetic energy method,KEM)的基础上,提出一种新的传感器优化布置方法——有效独立—驱动点残差法(effective independence driving-point residue method,EFI-DPR)。它以单位刚度的模态应变能作为驱动点残差系数(CDPRi)修正有效独立法(EFI)的传感器布置方案,同时考虑Fisher信息阵行列式值最大及模态应变能最大,可以避免有效独立法和运动能量法的局限性。文中以空间智能桁架结构为算例,运用均方差最小准则、抗噪性能最好准则和模态保证准则评价各种优化布置方法的优劣。数值分析表明,有效独立—驱动点残差法是三种优化方法中最好的方法。The traditional optimal sensor placement methods are, in their opinion, not efficient in maximizing both the spatial inde- pendence and element strain energy. Now a new way of sensor placement that is believe much more efficient the effective independence driving-point residue method (EFI-DPR) is proposed. Tiffs algorithm using driving-point residue (DPR) coefficient reflecting the weights of the kinetic energy updates the effective independence method (EFI), in essence the DPR is a weighting factor of the effective independence distribution (EID) Vector. This methodology concentrates sensor positions in the high energy content regions resulting in sensors quasi-uniformly spaced and symmetrically deployed. The new way of sensor placement is compared with the two traditional ways under the three comparison criteria. This approach considers the problem of locating sensors on an intelligent space truss structure as a numerical case. The results of numerical analysis showed that the effective independence driving-point residue (EFI-DPR) method provides an effective method for optimal sensor placement to identify the vibration characteristics of the studied space truss in terms of the ca- pability to capture the vibration mode shape and signal strength, and is the best optimal method as compared the other two traditional ones.
