焊接及热处理对压力容器焊缝力学性能的影响

摘  要:对两个相同储罐的随炉热处理产品试板在-40℃低温冲击功值出现显著差异的原因进行分析,热处理温度、焊接工艺和热处理装备都是影响因素。根据三块焊接工艺相同,而热处理工艺不同的模拟试板的性能结果,选定较优的热处理工艺,并制定辅助的技术对策,对原来试板性能较差的储罐重新进行热处理,改善了其力学性能。The reasons why two product specimens separately belong to two tanks which were made of 16MnDR plates had obvious difference between impact values at -40℃ test have been analyzed. The heat treatment temperature and the welding process and the heat treatment equipment are the reasons which that effect the properties also. A second heat treatment has done for the tank which impact values was lower, then according to a suitable heat treatment process which is chose after test of three model specimens. The treatment has a good result.
