摘　　要：根据网络化制造对数控加工系统的需求,设计了网络化监控系统的功能模型,构建了网络化监控系统的体系结构,以PC机和DSP运动控制器为平台开发了网络化监控原型系统;采用了JSP和Servlet技术完成用户端、服务器和数据库之间分布式对象的数据通信,探讨将XML集成应用到企业制造过程并运用Java Applet实现数控加工的网络化监控,经实验测试该原型系统满足网络化数控实时通信和监控要求,实用价值较强,在企业网络化制造应用方面有推广价值。According to network-based manufacturing systems for the needs of NC,this paper builds function model and gives the detail about the framework,developes a prototype system with the PC and DSP motion controller.The data communication between distributed objects of client,server and database is completed by the technology of JSP and Servlet.Finally discusses the application of XML in information integration of enterprise manufacturing process and uses Java Applet to realize the remote monitoring and operation on NC machine.The experiments show that the system achieves the requirement of online communication and monitoring,which will help corporations develop Networked Manufacturing on Web.
