摘  要:钼精矿冶炼烟气φ(SO2)低(约为1),其治理技术国内尚无成熟经验。叙述了利用选矿副产的硫精矿配气生产硫酸的低浓度SO2烟气治理方案,剖析了治理采取的相关措施和副产品(烧渣)的综合利用,彻底解决了低浓度SO2烟气对大气的污染,保证了钼业生产的正常进行。In the molybdenum smelter flue gas,the φ(SO2) is low,at about 1%,and in China,no mature treatment technology is available.The treatment scheme for low concentration SO2 flue gas is described that gas mix from the pyrite concentrate as a by-product from the mineral processing are used to produce sulphuric acid.And relevant measures taken during the treatment are analyzed,as well as the comprehensive utilization of the by-product(slag),which thoroughly addresses the atmospheric pollution by the low concentration SO2 flue gas,and ensures normal progress of the molybdenum production.
