摘  要:螺杆泵的转子型线比较复杂,其型线方程的推导方法有多种。本文采用啮合理论推导了<135>型三螺杆泵的转子齿形型线方程和啮合线方程,并推导了主、从转子型线的摆角与张角之间的关系。该方法具有普遍性,便于工程技术人员进行螺杆泵转子型线改型设计及新型线的设计;推出的摆角与张角之间的关系,可用于转子截面和刀具计算。The rotors' profiles of screw pumps are complicated generally, and their deduction of equations have several methods. Using principles of gear connection, the equations of both the rotorsj cycloid profiles and action lines of 〈 135 〉 three screw pump were deduced, and the relation between the swing angles and the open angle about the driving rotorg profile and driven rotors' profile were deduced. This method has universality, so it's suitable for engineers and technicians to revise the rotorslprofiles or design the new ones of screw pumps. Another outcome about the relation between the swing angles and the open angle can be used to calculate the rotors' sections and the cutting tool.
