摘　　要：执行力是企业竞争力的重要组成部分,是决定企业成败的重要因素。没有执行力,再好的决策也只能是空中楼阁。企业资产重组通过企业结构的重组,不同成分、不同规模、不同企业的产权通过市场交易,实现企业产权结构优化组合。但在实施过程中存在着企业执行力下降的问题。文章针对资产重组企业中执行力下降的主要因素进行了分析并对提升企业执行力应采取的有效措施进行了阐述。Execution, the ability to carry out decisions and fulfill tasks, is an important approach to performing the decisions and achieving goals and an essential component of the enterprise competence which plays a decisive role in the enterprise. Without execution, the decisions would be no more than castles in the air. In the asset restructuring, the property rights of different components, sizes and enterprises are traded through market so as to optimize the structure of the property rights of the enterprise. However, there exists the decline in the execution in the process. According to this problem, the author analyzes the main factors of the decline and expounds how to promote execution.
