肝水解肽对大鼠肝细胞增殖影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肝水解肽对SD大鼠体外培养肝细胞的影响。方法肝细胞体外培养,观察其形态变化;不同浓度肝水解肽作用于体外培养的肝细胞,MTT法检测肝细胞增殖情况。结果肝细胞为贴壁依赖性细胞,生长缓慢;肝水解肽有促进肝细胞增殖作用,其中浓度为0.25 g/L增殖作用最明显。结论肝水解肽有促进肝细胞增殖作用,这种作用在一定范围内呈剂量依赖关系。Objective It is to explore the influence of Heparolysate on liver cell of SD rats culture in vitro. Methods The liver cell was cultured in vitro and its Morphologic change was observed. Different concentration of Heparolysate acted on the liver cell culture in vitro. The circumstance of liver cell proliferation was detected with MTT method. Results Liver cell was anchorage dependent cell and its growth was slow. Heparolysate had promoting action on liver cell proliferation and the proliferation action was the most obvious when the concentration was 0.25 g/g. Conclusion Heparolysate has promoting action on liver cell proliferation and the action shows dose-dependent relation within determinate extent.
