温针灸治疗萎缩性胃炎45例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸治疗萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:90例萎缩性胃炎患者随机分成2组各45例。治疗组予温针灸治疗,对照组予口服维酶素片和吗丁啉。观察治疗前后中医证候、胃镜、病理、生存质量、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的变化。结果:中医证候总有效率治疗组为95.56%,对照组为66.67%,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。胃镜总有效率治疗组为88.89%,对照组为64.45%,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。病理总有效率治疗组为71.11%,对照组为64.45%,2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。对照组躯体职能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)、总体健康感(GH)、生命活力(VT)、社交功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)、心理健康(MH)治疗后较治疗前积分降低(P<0.05);治疗组躯体功能(PF)、BP、GH、VT、MH治疗后较治疗前积分显著降低(P<0.01),RP、SF、RE降低(P<0.05);2组治疗后GH、VT、MH比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。Hp清除率治疗组为52.78%,对照组为38.10%,2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:温针灸是治疗萎缩性胃炎有效方法之一。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of warning acupuncture for the treatment of atrophy gastritis(AG).Methods:Ninety AG patients were equally randomized into 2 groups:the treatment group received warming acupuncture,and the control group receivnd Vitacoenzyme Tablets and domperidone.The changes of syndrome monifestations,gastroscope,gastric pathology,quality of life and helicobacter pylori (Hp) were observed before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate on syndrome manifestations was93.33% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group,the dif- ference being significant between the two groups (P<0.05).The effective rate on gastroacope was 88.98% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group (P<0.01).The effective rate on pathology was 73.33% in the treat- ment group and 64.45% in the control group,the difference being in signifi- cant (P>0.05).The scores of physical role (RP),body pain(BP),general health (GH),vitality (VT),social function (SF),emotional role (RE) and mental health(MH) were decreased in the control group (P<0.05 compared with those before treatment).The scores of physical functioning (PF),BP, GH,VT and MH as well as RP,SF and RE were also decreased in the treat- ment group (P<0.05 or P<0.01 compared with those before treatment). The decrease of GH,VT and MH in the treatment group differed from that in the control group (P<0.05).The Hp clearance rate was 61.90% in the treatment group and 62.50% in the control group,the difference being in- significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Warning acupuncture is effective for the treatment of atrophy gastritis.
