摘 要:通过赫尔槽试验及稳态极化曲线、循环伏安曲线测量,比较了广州二轻工业科学技术研究所、东莞永星化工有限公司和安美特(广州)化学有限公司的半光亮剂和全光亮剂在瓦特镍镀液中的电化学性能。结果表明,在瓦特镍镀液中添加三厂家的半光亮剂和全光亮剂时阴极极化都增大,其电化学性能基本接近。三厂家的半光亮剂只能使赫尔槽试验的试片在低电流密度区光亮,而东莞永星化工有限公司的光亮区范围最宽。三厂家的全光亮剂都能使赫尔槽试验的试片在全范围内光亮,而广州二轻工业科学技术研究所的全光亮剂效果最佳。三厂家的半光亮剂和全光亮剂的阴极极化作用和细化结晶作用基本相当,对镀层减薄和镀速减缓的影响并不显著。The electrochemical performances of the semiand full-brightening agents from the Guangzhou Etsing Plating Research Institute, Dongguan Winstar Chemicals Company Limited and Atotech (Guangzhou) Chemistry Company Limited were compared by Hull cell test as well as cathodic polarization curve and cyclic voltammetric measurement in Watts nickel bath. The results showed that all semiand full-brightening agents increase the cathodic polarization and have similar electrochemical performances. The semi- brightening agents of the three companies can only make the coupons of Hull cell test bright in low current density area, and the semi-brightening agent from Dongguan Winstar Chemicals Company Limited has the widest current density range. The whole coupons of Hull cell test were bright with the addition of the three companies' full-brightening agents individually, and the full-brightening agent from Guangzhou Etsing Plating Research Institute has the best effect. The semi- and full-brightening agents of the three companies have similar functions in cathodic polarization and grain refining, and show unobvious effect on the decrease of coating thickness and plating rate.
