摘　　要：通过介绍国外的管理模式，结合我国高校实验仪器管理的具体实践，探讨了高校实验教学与大型仪器管理的改革内容，提出了以人为本并实行大型仪器使用者和管理人负责的制度，同时阐述了大型仪器资源的优化配置和共享的机制，必须实行合理的奖惩制度，有效地调动各方面人员的积极性，从而更好地提高我国高校实验教学水平和大型仪器管理效益。Based on the introduction of management modes in oversea, the reformation on experiment teaching and large-scale apparatus management in Chinese universities has been explored, combining with concrete practice of laboratory apparatus management in our universities. The institution of people orientated and the same responsibilities for user and manager of large- scale apparatus has been presented. The system of optimal distribution and co-sharing for the large-scale apparatus sources has been discussed. The reasonable reward-penalty regulation should be carried out in order to make every person do their best. Therefore, the experiment teaching level and management benefit of large-scale apparatus can be well improved.
