重庆市区健康成人碱性成纤维生长因子血清浓度测定

摘　　要：目的：了解重庆市区健康成人不同年龄段和不同性别间碱性成纤维生长因子（Basic fibroblast growth factor，bFGF）清浓度水平．为研究疾病状态下人体血清bFGF的浓度变化提供有益的参考数据。方法：随机选取重庆市区90名健康成人血清标本．其中青年组（18—45）岁，中年组（46～60）岁，老年组（〉60岁）各30例，采用ELISA方法测定bFGF浓度，将所测值在各年龄组、性别组之间行统计学比较。结果：90名健康成人血清bFGF的浓度平均值为（31．24±15．80）pg／ml；老年组浓度显著低于青、中年组，男性、女性均如此（尸均〈0．05），余不同年龄、性别之间未见统计学差异。结论：重庆市区老年人bFGF血清浓度显著降低，男、女性均如此。Objective：To evaluate possible differences in the serum levels of basic fibroblast growth factor（bFGF）in healthy adults of different ages and sexes in Chongqing urban field in order to provide the useful reference for the varieties of the serum bFGF level in the diseased condition. Methods：Ninety healthy people in Chongqing urban regions were selected randomly and divided into the young group（18-45 y）,the middle--aged group（46-60 y） and the old group（〉60 y）,with 30 people in each group. Blood were collected from the 90 people and measured for the serum concentration of bFGF by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Statistical analysis was then performed to see whether differences exit in values among groups. Results： The mean serum level of the bFGF in the 90 healthy human subjects was 31.24±15.80 pg/ml. The concentration of the bFGF in the old-aged group was significantly lower than those in the youth and the middle-aged group,regardless of the male and female（all P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences amnog other different aged-groups and sexual-groups. Conclusion：The serum level of the bFGF in the old-aged people in Chongqing urban region is significantly lower than in the youth and the middle-aged people.
