摘  要:如何建立起一套完善而有效的国有企业激励约束体制,是时下讨论的热点问题。它对于维持国有企业在激烈的市场竞争的优势地位;保证国有企业始终充满发展活力;促进中国经济快速平稳的运行发展都具有重要意义。本文将对当今国有企业经营管理者的激励约束体制状况进行分析。并将着重对时下两种正在逐步施行的激励约束机制进行分析和比较,对国有企业采用怎样的激励约束制度提出自己的意见。How to build a complete and effective incentive and restrictive state-owned enterprise system is a hot topic in the current issue. For file maintenance of its state-owned enterprises in a highly competitive market advantage; to ensure that the development of state-owned enterprises has always been full of vitality; the promotion of China's rapid economic development of the smooth running of great significance. This article will be today's state-owned enterprises, managers of the system of incentive and restriction analysis of the situation. And will focus on two current is gradually implemented incentive and restraint mechanisms for analysis and comparison, the state-owned enterprises to adopt what kind of incentive and restriction system of its own.
