摘  要:[目的]探索草坪草屑利用的方法和途径。[方法]采用加热法、絮凝剂法和絮凝剂加热法3种方法从草坪草屑中提取叶蛋白,并进行比较。[结果]蛋白质提取率絮凝剂加热法最高,其次为加热法和絮凝剂法,3种方法从草坪草屑中提取叶蛋白得率分别为3.33%、2.98%和2.80%,絮凝剂加热法与絮凝剂法比较差异显著(P<0.05);叶蛋白产量和蛋白质提取率都是絮凝剂加热法最高。[结论]絮凝剂加热法提取草坪草屑中叶蛋白效果最佳。[ Objective] The utilization method of turf cutting litter was researched in the experiment. [Method] Three methods ot heating, flocculent and flocculent heating were used to extract leaf protein from turf cutting litter and the results was compared. [Result] The result showed that the production and extraction rate of leaf protein was the highest when the flocculent heating method was used, followed by heating and flocculent. The leaf protein extract rates was 3.33% ,2.98% and 2.80%, respectively. Compared with the flocculent heating and floccu- lent method, the difference from the method was significant(P 〈 0.05 ) [ Conclusion] The best effect was come from the method of flocculent heating in the leaf protein-extracting.
