摘　　要：论述了连云港师范高等专科学校在大学生农业科技活动中,努力营造科技创新的生态环境,以课题研究为平台,以激励机制为保障,以学生科技创新为主线,以科技竞赛为导向,以培养学生创新能力为目的的运行机制。通过探索和实践,取得了显著效果。In order to train the scientific and technological innovation ability of college students, many ways were conducted, including crea- ting ecological environments for innovation project, declaring and carrying out innovation project, constructing encouraging system, and start- ing scientific and technological competition. Results showed that through a series of innovation project trainings which were accomplished main- ly by college students themselves, their innovation abilities raised observably.
