盐酸托烷司琼防治卵巢癌所致胃肠道反应的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸托烷司琼与盐酸甲氧氯普胺防治卵巢癌所致胃肠道反应的效果。方法将102例卵巢癌化疗患者随机分为盐酸托烷司琼组(A组),盐酸甲氧氯普胺组(B组)与生理盐水组(C组),观察3组防治胃肠道反应的效果。结果盐酸托烷司琼组有效率为92.10%,显著高于盐酸甲氧氯普胺组及生理盐水组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论盐酸托烷司琼是一种安全、效果可靠的防治化疗所致胃肠道反应的药物。Objective To compare the effect of Tropisetron hydrochloride with in the prevention of nausea and vomiting introduced by chemotherapy in ovation cancer patients. Methods A total of 102 ovation cancer patients were randomized into 3 groups and received Tropisetron hydrochloride （groupe A 38 patients）, Metoclopramide drhydrochlotide（ groupe B 36 patients）and Normal saline（ groupe C 28 patients ）. Observed the effect in the prevention of nausea and vomiting introduced by chemotherapy. Results Total effective rate of Groupe A was significantly higher than that in Groupe B and C. Conclusion Tropisetron hydrochloride is safe and effective on nausea and vomiting introduced by chemotherapy.
