摘 要:目的了解省级医院护理人员对反应性的认识及反应性现状,探讨其影响因素,为医疗系统的改革和深入发展提供依据。方法采用关键知情人调查问卷对济南市某省级医院的362名护理人员进行调查。结果省级医院护理人员的反应性总体评分为8.52±1.45,反应性8个方面按重要性排序依次为尊严、及时性、交流、保密性、自主性、基础设施质量、社会支持和选择性。工作年限、婚姻状况、职称、健康状况等人口学因素对反应性的评价有一定的影响。工作年限、婚姻状况、月收入与交流的评价呈显著正相关(均P<0.05);健康状况与基础设施质量的评价呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论省级医院护理人员对反应性的整体评价高于山东省人群反应性水平,但对基础设施质量方面的评价较低,亟待医院管理部门和有关工作人员采取针对性措施,以满足患者非健康方面的合理需求。Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of responsiveness of nurses in a provincial hospital, and to provide references for reforming and optimizing the medical systems. Methods A total of 362 nurses in a provincial hospital in Shandong province finished the Key Informant Survey(KIS) questionnaire. Results The total score of responsiveness was 8.52± 1.45, the importance of the dimensions with descending order was dignity, timeliness, communication, confidentiality, autonomy, quality of infrastructure, social support and selectivity. Marriage status, length of clinical working and salary were positively correlated to the dimension of communication (P〈0.05 for all), and health status showed significantly positive correlation with the dimension of quality of infrastructure (P〈0.01). Conclusion The responsiveness of provincial hospital's nurses is superior to previous investigation result of Shandong province, while the dimension of quality of infrastructure is low. Measures should be taken to strengthen the weakness and to satisfy the reasonable expectations of patients in non-health aspects.
