摘　　要：通过对人因工程学科特点的分析,立足本科教学,保证理论教学与实践教学的连续性,提出人因工程课程教学实验体系,分析实验体系的构建与实施过程。该实验体系主要以人因工程学科研究内容为背景,划分为若干个模块,以培养学生观察、分析、解决和实际动手能力为目的,使学生获得工业工程工程技术人员所具备的素质和能力的基本训练,也为教师和研究生创造科研条件。This paper introduces the structure of the human factor engineering experiment system. This experiment system main purpose is that sustains the theoretic instructing continuously and cultivates the abilities of students about observing, analyzing, resolving problems. The students doing these experiments can practice his theoretic knowledge of human factor subject. It offers a basis for the teacher studying human factor as Well.
