摘　　要：文章通过分析信息与知识、智能的关系，进一步说明信息经济与知识经济在总体上是一致的，但也不能忽视两者在层次上的差异。引导人们正确认识信息经济与知识经济，以及知识在信息经济发展中的作用。This paper analysis of information and knowledge of the intelligence relationship, further information and knowledge-based economy in general is consistent, but it can not ignore the differences between the two. to guide people to correctly understand the information economy and knowledge-based economy, as well as knowledge of information in economic development.
