摘 要:为了建立次声介导小胶质细胞活化的体外模型,本研究采用了次声压力仓,保温箱以及保鲜盒等设备。将体外培养的小胶质细胞随机分为三组:正常对照组,次声对照组以及次声作用组,采用倒置相差显微镜观察三组细胞的形态变化。结果显示:正常对照组和次声对照组小胶质细胞形态无明显变化,均表现为胞体小,胞膜光滑;而次声作用后小胶质细胞呈现活化状态,表现为细胞胞体肿胀、体积增大、边缘毛刺状突起。本研究结果提示:我们成功建立了次声介导小胶质细胞活化的体外模型。For the establishment of a model of activated microglia induced by infrasound in vitro, the infrasound pressure equipment, coureuse and refreshing box were used. Microglia ceils cultured in vitro were divided in three groups randomly: normal control, infrasound control and infrasound group. Microglia morphological changes in each group were observed by inverted microscope. The results showed that there was no obvious change in normal and infrasound control groups. Microglia in these groups showed small cell bodies and smooth and glossy cell membrane. But after exposed to infrasound, activated microglia showed swelling and enlarging cell bodies with multiple short spinous processes remained on cell surfaces well. These results indicate that the model of infrasound induced microglia activating in vitro is successfully established.
