摘 要:目的了解保定市蔬菜硝酸盐污染状况。方法于2006年7—8月对保定市7类(绿叶菜类,白菜类,根菜类,茄果类,瓜果类,薯芋类,葱蒜类)20个品种(生菜、小白菜、马铃薯等)81件应季新鲜蔬菜样品进行了硝酸盐含量检测。结果蔬菜样品中硝酸盐含量为5.3~5 013 mg/kg,严重污染及高度污染程度的各占25%;中度污染程度的占5%;轻度污染程度的占45%:硝酸盐的含量依次为:叶菜类>根菜类>瓜果类>茄果类。但同一类蔬菜不同品种的硝酸盐的含量差别较大,从几倍到几十倍不等。结论本次调查的保定市蔬菜硝酸盐污染程度居于较高水平,应采取有效的措施控制该地区蔬菜中硝酸盐的污染。Objective To know the nitrate contamination status in the vegetables in Baoding city, Hebei province. Methods The vegetable samples were collected from the markets in Baoding, the concentration of accumulated nitrate in 20 kinds fresh vegetables was determined in Jul. and Aug., 2006. Results The concentrations of nitrate in the vegetables were 5.3-5013 mg/kg. More than 11 kinds of vegetables (55 % of total) were polluted by nitrate. The content of nitrate in different vegetables ranked as follows: leaf vegetables〉 root vegetables 〉melon-fruit vegetables 〉eggplant vegetable. Conclusion Nitrate contamination in the vegetables in Baoding city is in high level, so it is strongly recommended that the nitrate contamination of vegetables should be controlled and prevented.
