摘　　要：新世纪以来,美国研究生教育发展迅速,在规模与质量上保持了世界领先地位,但是也遇到了一系列问题和挑战。美国政府、民间组织、大学和企业等多方合作,颁布并制定了相应的法案和计划,采取了具体的措施以应对和解决这些问题。Since entering into the new centur y, American Postgraduate Education has made rapid development and progress and kept the leading status in the world in terms of size and quality. But it also meets a series of problems and challenges at present. American government and non-governmental organizations make responses to these problems. They have issued corresponding reports and plans to deal with these problems through specific measures.
