胃癌单克隆抗体MG_7及CEA在人胃癌及癌前期病变的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测胃癌及癌前期病变胃癌单克隆抗体ＭＧ７、癌胚抗原（ＣＥＡ）的表达，以寻找胃癌早期诊断的有效途径。方法采用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法测定１２例正常胃粘膜标本、３２例癌前病变及４２例胃腺癌的ＭＧ７和ＣＥＡ的表达。结果正常胃粘膜无ＭＧ７和ＣＥＡ的表达。结论ＭＧ７和ＣＥＡ和异常表达可作为胃癌发生过程中生物学行为的早期指标。Objective The expression of MG7 and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in precancer lession and carcinoma of the stomach was investigated in search of an effective mode for early diagnosis of stomach cancer. Method The expression of MG7 and CEA was studied in 12 specimens of normal stomach mucosa,32 precancer lessions and 42 adenocarcinomas of the stomach using ABC immunohistochemical technique.Result No expression of MG7 and CEA was found in normal stomach mucosa.In precancer lesions MG7 positive rate was 25%,CEA 37.5%;in adenocarcinoma MG7 69%,CEA 85.7%.Conclusion Abnormal expression of MG7 and CEA are the early biological marks in gastric carcinogenesis.
