我国竞技体育与高校竞技体育互动发展进程中的隐性冲突分析

摘　　要：高校竞技体育为学校体育与竞技体育两者的下位概念,既属于学校体育结构体系中一个分支,也是竞技体育结构体系中的一个分支,是学校体育与竞技体育两者之间的相互交叉融合,具有学校体育与竞技体育的双重性特征。通过对我国竞技体育与高校竞技体育互动发展关系展开研究,结果表明,两者良性互动发展进程中存在着诸如发展目标定位、管理体制、人才培养途径、训练竞赛体制等方面的隐性冲突。对产生隐性冲突的成因进行剖析并提出相关建议。Collegiate athletic sports is the common subordinate concept of school sports and athletic sports, it is not only a branch of school sports, but also a branch of athletic sports. It is the mutual intersecting and inter-infiltration of school sports and athletic sports, and it has the mutual characteristic of school sports and athletic sports. By analysis of the potential conflicts of the interactive development proceeding between China＇s athletic sports and athletic sports in universities, the results show that the good interactive development proceeding between athletic sports and athletic sports in universities has some potential conflicts, such as the development goal, administrant system, competitive system, talent training and conveyance system etc. By discusses of the reasons, and puts forward some relative countermeasures.
