摘　　要：面对国家经济体制、行政管理体制改革及农业科技体制改革逐步深入和上海市农业科学院新一轮科研发展布局大调整的新形势,农业科研单位后勤改革应由"院办后勤"逐步过渡到"社会办后勤,单位选择服务",推进后勤工作向保障体制一体化、保障方式社会化、后勤管理科学化转变。With deepening of the national system reformation in economy, administration and agricultural science and technology and a new round of research and development layout adjustment in this academy, the reformation of rear service of agricultural research institutions should gradually change from ＂academy-run rear service＂ to ＂academy-chosen rear service from a community＂ and promote the guarantee mode socialization and scientific management of rear service.
