微管引流灌注绿脓杆菌制剂联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价微管引流灌注绿脓杆菌制剂联合顺铂治疗中等量或大量恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法将50例中等量或大量恶性胸腔积液行微管胸腔闭式引流术,胸腔积液引净后注入绿脓杆菌制剂5ml和顺铂80mg。结果CR18例(36%),PR21例(42%),有效率78%(39/50),中位生存期248d;引流量(1500～6000ml)。结论微管引流灌注绿脓杆菌制剂联合顺铂治疗中等量或大量恶性胸腔积液疗效佳,且安全、方便、易行,值得推广。Objective To evalulate the clinical efficacy of intrapleural minicatheter drainage and intrapleu-ral injection with pseudomonas aeruginosa preparation and cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods 50 patients with malignant pleural effusion were treated with intrapleural minicatheter drainage and intrapleural injection with pseudomonas aeruginosa preparation and cisplatin. Results The effective rate and median survival were78% （39/50） and 228 days. Conclusion This study shows that intrapleural minicatheter drainage and intrapleural injection with pseudomonas aeruginosa preparation and cisplatin may be the best way to control malignant pleural effusion.
