前后路联合手术治疗伴结构异常的颈脊髓损伤

摘　　要：目的探讨伴结构异常的颈脊髓损伤患者的临床治疗效果。方法从2002年4月-2007年8月对伴结构异常的颈脊髓损伤患者进行一期或分期前后路联合减压固定手术。结果11例患者术后随访5～27个月,以Sunnybrook分级判定脊髓功能,平均提高3.7分。结论伴有结构异常的颈脊髓损伤患者,颈髓前后方同时有压迫和椎间不稳,需进行前后路联合减压和颈椎稳定性重建。Objective To review the clinical effect of surgical treatment for cervical spinal cord injury with structural abnormalities. Methods 11ceases of cervical spinal cord injury with structural abnormalities from 2002.4-2007.8 were treated by anterior and posterior decompression,fusion and plate fixation with primary surgery or secondary, surgery. Results The follow-up were 5-27 months. Postoperative Sunnybrook ranking was raised 3.7 degree. Conclusion When these cases, with cervical vertebra structural abnormalities,who have cervical spinal cord injury,the cervical spinal cord are compressed from anterior and posterior,anterior and posterior decompression and fixation are good for cervical spinal cord function recovery.
