高等医学教育与企业医院的人才培养

摘　　要：企业医院在多年发展中存在着人才短缺、制约技术进步和医院发展的实际问题,同时也缺乏开展继续医学教育和人才培养的基础条件和资源。利用医院的物质资源与大学的人才资源,形成资源优势互补。以高等医学教学促进继续医学教育和医院人才的培养,提升了医院的知名度,使医院具备了开展继续医学教育基础条件和资质,促进了学术交流,丰富了继续医学教育和人才培养的内涵。开展高等医学教育是企业医院医、教、研同步发展的不竭动力,也是搞好继续医学教育加速人才培养的有效途径。Enterprise hospital got a low medical technological and developed slowly for many years due to lack of talent. Basic condition and resources for continuing medical education and training in enterprise hospital were also shortage. The enterprise and medical college were considered to union to solve this problem. Medical college teaching resources and enterprise material could be fully used in this pattern. College medical education promoted enterprise hospital staff continuing education and medical skill training and improved hospital brand. Enterprise hospital continuing education and training was enriched and academic exchanged were promoted. It was an effective way to train enterprise hospital staff.
